Sinapsis was designed inside an academy that works with minors. What is the rule inside is the rule for every client.
- One installation per clientYour database is yours alone. It is never shared with another academy.
- Organisation accounts onlyGoogle Workspace or Microsoft 365 from your organisation. No passwords to remember or leak.
- Data in the European UnionData processing agreement and the list of sub-processors available on request.
- Everything on recordEvery change has an author and can be undone. Reports are signed with a verifiable record.
- AI with the minimumThe AI only receives what it needs to draft, never family contact details. Providers do not train on your data.
- Export at any timeYour data leaves with you: full export whenever you want, and deletion when the contract ends.

Every client gets its own installation: a subdomain with its logo and colours, its own database hosted in the European Union, and sign-in restricted to its Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 accounts. Nothing is shared with other academies.
