How it works

From the call to the report.

In the brain, a synapse is the gap a signal must cross to reach the next neuron. In an academy, that gap is everywhere: between the family who calls and the person who answers, between the group and the teacher, between what happens in class and what the family gets to read. Sinapsis is built so nothing is lost in the crossing.

The call

Answer the family while they are still on the phone.

Find a slot takes the centre, the year, the subject and the exam board, and returns the groups with places, the teachers who are free and the rooms available. It also tells you what would break your rules.

Your rules

The rules are yours. The engine makes sure they are kept.

Maximum schools per group, exam boards that cannot mix, timetable premises per school, teachers with private lessons. Sinapsis checks them before saving, explains the warning, and lets you override with a reason that stays on record.

Teachers

Everything a teacher needs, from the phone.

Today's classes, the students in each group, attendance in two taps, the topic of the session and a quick note per student. No app to install: it works in the browser, with the teacher's own organisation account.

Reports

Progress reports families actually read.

Evidence gathered in class, ratings in words instead of numbers, and a comment drafted with AI from the teacher's own notes, reviewed and signed by the teacher. Each report carries a verification code so a family or a school can check it is genuine.

Your portal

Your brand. Your data. Your domain.

Every client gets its own installation: a subdomain with its logo and colours, its own database hosted in the European Union, and sign-in restricted to its Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 accounts. Nothing is shared with other academies.

Getting started

Set up in a day, with your own data.

  1. Your portal, your brand

Choose your subdomain, upload your logo and connect your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. Nobody gets in without an account from your organisation.

  2. Centres, shifts and catalogue

Define your centres, rooms, timetable shifts and the combinations you offer. The grouping rules are yours, not ours.

  3. Import and invite

Upload your student and teacher sheet with our template, review the warnings and invite your team. On day one, you are already assigning.
